Purpose of the course:

A compliance course designed to help employees understand the organisation's whistleblower policy — clarifying what constitutes reportable behaviour, how to raise concerns safely and confidentially, and what protections are in place for those who speak up.

My approach:

Developed in RISE 360 using a company policy as the basis. I was required to cover all the points of the policy while making it engaging in addition to being informative. Graphics were selected from Adobe Stock while custom images were produced using both Runway and Artlist. Some basic assessment questions were added at the end, but these were not graded at the request of the stakeholders. Instead, an acknowledgement checkbox was required to provide an audit trail. Written to meet legal and HR requirements while remaining accessible to a non-specialist global workforce.

Success is tracked through course completion rates and feedback from managers.
