Purpose of the course:

An awareness course designed to help employees understand AI as a practical tool for their daily work — addressing concerns and misconceptions while building confidence to engage with AI responsibly.

My approach:

Developed end-to-end in Storyline 360, structured around four emotional movements — Acknowledge, Reframe, Equip, Empower — to take learners from initial anxiety through to confidence. Voiceover produced using ElevenLabs, with supporting video content created using Runway, Artlist and Premiere Pro. Content was written in plain English throughout to support translation into multiple languages for the global rollout.

Measuring success:

Success is tracked through post-course confidence surveys and informal feedback from regional business stream managers following rollout.
